Had to return car for missed repair after pick up.

Initially the service was great. When returned to shop because they missed a repair to the driver door. They told us it would not be long-knowing we had appointment at 2pm the gentleman stated he would give us a ride home and come pick us up when done. At 1pm we could not reach them. Went there and they were out to lunch. They did return car at 150pm making us miss our appt. Would rather of schedule the repair for different time or been offered a loaner vehicle in mean time.
