We have had several issues with our insurance and everything going on with our car getting fixed and Patrick was amazing on getting us situated with that and helped us out on what to look for and do the next time this happens. Vehicle came back and the driver side wheel was still damaged and scratched from the bumper rubbing it after the accident. I have also been trying to contact them because my transmission fluid change icon has came up on the dash but they will not call me back and can’t tell me if my transmission fluid has been changed (because they should have replaced the transmission oil cooler). It took 8 weeks or more and I don’t understand why they took the job if they couldn’t even get it in for inspection when they were backed up a month to even do the inspection.. I have left over 3 voicemails with no return calls and on the RARE occasion that I can actually talk to someone then they can’t tell me what’s been done to it. The only person that was helpful is Patrick. The parts they did replace was done very well but I don’t understand why I can’t get into contact with them and why my wheel wasn’t replaced or even written up
