There was an issue with my car when I was initially notified that my car was ready for pickup. However, they sent me back home in the rental car and then made the correction as needed.

They are very helpful & have a friendly atmosphere. They arrange for the car rental when dropping off the car to be repaired & then your rental car can be left there when picking up your repaired car. Pleased with the repairs & how quickly they were completed. They even asked if I would want the oil changed & tires rotated while it was in the shop. I was needing this to be done so it saved me the time of taking it somewhere else.

Everybody i talked to from here while my truck was being worked on was amazing to say the least. They were attentive, they got things on track with my insurance, found the parts for it with amazing speed. Love this shop. I switched from Sipes body and glass because they had my truck 2 weeks without any communication with my insurance, let alone locate my parts i needed. They refused to fix my truck. Thank god bedford body and paint was available. I will forever use this shop, even if I were to move counties. I completely trust them. Thank you guys!!!
