Amazing people, who did an amazing job. Hands down, my WRX was in the shop for only 5 days, they were fast, friendly and efficient. Also, the text updates through those 5 days were very helpful.

The only area where I found any difficulty was in the parking lot. It's quite crowded (which means that they are doing a lot of business - a good sign), which made it a bit difficult to know where I should park when coming in for the estimate and when dropping my car off for service. Perhaps they could dedicate an area of the parking lot to this and put up a sign to lessen any confusion? Other than that, the staff was courteous and helpful. The work was completed more quickly than I thought it would be. I would go back should I need future auto body repairs (but hope I don't have to!). I also noticed that they have a mechanical repair shop. After my experience withe body shop, I would consider Bel-Kirk for mechanical needs, too.
