1. my car was just started and then moved with out allowing 2. When i asked a piece of papper was. The rep. Made defensive remarks. Which was not cool. He said this is why we tell you to remove all important things. He never did this. I wasnt accusing anyone of stealling. I figured the paper was moved.

I also appreciated the text messages.The entire staff was extremely professional and kind and made the process of dealing with having a car repaired from an accident so much easier.
