Lance Northrop went above and beyond my expectations for customer service. Before bringing my car in, Lance went out of his way to contact enterprise and set up the details of my rental so I wouldn't have to. After dropping my car off, Lance kept me regularly updated regarding the status of my vehicle and was quick to respond every time I attempted to communicate with the shop.
