And KAYLA is a great asset to this company. I’m 68 years old and she made me feel so well taken cared of. And my car looked beautiful when I picked it up. This is a well organized, efficient, and pleasant place to deal with. And the front desk keeps everything rolling and everyone well informed. This was a good experience for me. The retractable bed cover was not installed correctly, there are a gap(s) on the side of the bed wall and the cover that allows water to seep in, this did not exist before. The release pull latch was broken by the installer during the re-installation of bed cover. The latch handle was supposed to be ordered and I would called when received at the repair shop, the bed cover was going to be readjusted when the new handle was installed. I never received any notification of the new handle arriving. I’ve been dealing with a serious family illness to follow up.
