I’m extremely impressed with Ben Clymer’s Rancho service. They kept me informed on the first day I dropped my vehicle off til the day my vehicle was ready for pickup. My Toyota looks brand new thank you so much for your time and effort. And I know my van was dirty on the inside I was embarrassed but I have toddler twins who make a mess! And the Inside was vaccumed really nice thank you sooo much

There is a few details that needs to be addressed. When we picked up our vehicle on Friday, we were told we would receive a call on Monday. No call. My husband called Tuesday and stated they will give us a call back. Today is Wednesday and no call.

Right now until the charger issue is resolved, I will never recommend the shop. I hope this was an oversight and they have it somewhere in the shop, but it’s not a good look so far

My charger and adapter are missing from the trunk. I just discovered this today 04/09/23. I hardly use it and needed it today so I opened my trunk and found it was gone. I will be reporting this to the shop as soon as they open.
