The receptionist was extremely polite when I arrived and even on my phone call with her about bringing my Tesla in I was able to meet the repair team. They came out and explained to me what they would be doing to my car in detail. They had to order a part, each day I received a text that would informed what was going on with my car and given an approximate date it would be ready. I was contacted by text and phone call that my car was ready to be picked up. Upon pick up the team that worked on my car, came out and talk to me to show me the area that needed to be repaired and what they had done specifically. I would highly recommend taking your car, even if it’s not a Tesla to the shop

They texted me daily and what they were doing with my car. My car was ready one day before it was supposed to be from the receptionist to the team that worked on my car. I would bring any of my cars back. There doesn’t have to be a Tesla they did a great job. I would highly recommend this company if I could give them a higher score than 10 I would.

The finished product is excellent. The techs did an amazing job. My issue is you sat on the car for 12 days before it went to teardown. You knew for more than 2 weeks the car would be to you on the 19th. And it was. On July 1 I get notified going to teardown. So instead of 10 to 15 business days it took almost 30 calendar days. The looks great but not happy with the service time.

The body whirl was perfect! Also the cleaning detail work was amazing. The reason I didn't give it a 10 was it took twice as long to do the work . We were told 10 days, took 25.

Applied rating of 6 due to fact that albeit the workmanship and most of service was excellent, my spare tire was missing and if I had a blow out occur then I would be somewhat out of luck. Still waiting on resolution.
