The body work was done good. The professionalism on actually telling me what was being done to my car was poor. What they fail to realize at Bennetts is yes State Farm is paying for the work but I could have went to any body shop of my choice. I did not have to bring my car there. Then they tried to make a comment about me getting the rental car because I didn't feel comfortable driving my car with the drivers door damaged so badly. I never rushed them so the rental car was none of their business. I have had state farm for 8 plus years. No accidents. This accident was not my fault. My car came back with water in the passenger front light that was never there before. My car also came back with little chips on it like rocks or something was hitting it. As far as fixing the damaged door they did great. Customer service is the reason I would not use them again. Plus the condition of things that was not wrong before I took my car there.
