Car had a pretty low charge when I picked it up, much lower than when I dropped it off and I saw there was a fee on the bill for charging Nice that I could leave the rental car with you

My husband and I Were abrasive at times due to the inconvenience of not having the car back in a timely manner. I must say the young lady who always picked up the phone, kept her cool and was always professional. I applaud her for that. Our short response was not warranted to her or to the team.. I apologize. In the end, the interior of the car looked fantastic and smell great. More importantly, the exterior was flawless. Period thank you.
