My husband and I Were abrasive at times due to the inconvenience of not having the car back in a timely manner. I must say the young lady who always picked up the phone, kept her cool and was always professional. I applaud her for that. Our short response was not warranted to her or to the team.. I apologize. In the end, the interior of the car looked fantastic and smell great. More importantly, the exterior was flawless. Period thank you.

I felt like the bill was run up as I was going through insurance and was taken advantage of. The total cost was a fraction of what Hyundai was going to charge me. Ironically they said to go to an auto shop as would be cheaper. I debated going out of pocket so as to not raise my premium with my car insurance. It is insane that a side view mirror replacement and 2 wheels would cost over 5k.
