The overall customer service experience inside the office and also with Brian the estimator who would go over with the car pre and post on after being repaired. Brian was very good very great and the ladies in the front office at the front counter where also excellent at customer service and very tentative to the customer needs.

Berry and Brian were there to answer all of my questions and help with my concerns. I was having a hard time finding I towing company that would bill the insurance company, so I called Barry, and she told me just who to call. With prices so high these days for everything and the cost of living constantly increasing, trying to find money when you're in an accident for towing and everything else is almost impossible. So Berry helping let me breathe easier. I would recommend Ben's / VIVE to anyone.
