My customer agent Peter did a good job as far as keeping me informed. I have a problem with the service as I was told that because you have a lack of technicians jobs were not getting done as soon as they should. I was also told my car would probably be ready on a Friday and then we found out the technician was on vacation on Friday and the glass guy didn’t come in that day. I was then told Monday the glass guy would come in and I guess he didn’t come in on Monday either just seemed it took four or five days longer than what the repair should have been. I had taken out insurance on my vehicle that I had to get to replace my jeep. This cost me Saturday, Sunday and Monday extra time an Money.
