Customer Service and Communications has been "Top Notch". Can not say enough good things about Randy. He took the time to LISTEN and actually EXPLAIN things and go over the steps after my car accident. Randy kept me updated through out the process and returned the car as he had said. Received the car with perfect paint matching and they even buffed out the scratches. The detailing was superb. I will be referring friends and family to Randy and Sunny.
