They were very open and honest with me. They kept me informed with the changes and delays in my car repair. They even picked my car in my driveway as my my car couldn't start due to a dead battery (due to a short in the back of the car caused by the accident . The only drawback I had was the my non-functioning speedometer and rpm dials in the front of my dashboard went unnoticed by them. I talked to another mechanic who confirmed that the gears of the dials were misplaced and could have been the result of the rear-ended accident. I had repaired for $85.
