The work took a couple of months to complete. I understand that the parts were difficult to track down, but after the parts came in, it still took quite a while to complete. Towards the end, I was told it was being painted for 3 weeks. I was told that was all that was left to do and it would be ready the following week 3 times.

So there were 2 delays in the timeframe I was originally given for completion. The communication around the first delay was good but there was no communication around the 2nd delay until I called to verify the car was going to be ready. Only then was I notified of the 2nd delay which was a little frustrating. Everyone I spoke with was incredibly friendly and professional. I understand things happen that can delay the completion date, just a little better communication would have been helpful to allow me time to make other transportation arrangements. I was 100% pleased with the outcome of the work. It looked beautiful and you cannot tell there was ever any damage which was fairly significant. The final outcome was worth the delays! I would absolutely recommend this business and would not hesitate to use them in the future.
