I bought this car from Benson years ago and I bought it from there thinking there was a high level of competency after this incident. I don’t think I will return to Benson ever.

The body shop repairs were excellent however, no one in body shop thought to take my vehicle to the mechanics to be inspected for damage to the mechanics of the car. Now my insurance claim is closed and I’m having to deal with reopening it and getting the insurance company to accept New charges. Unacceptable as a customer, I should not have to be the one who climbs under the vehicle to show Benson Chrystler, I have mechanical issues with my Jeep.

We were mostly satisfied with the work and services of Benson. What we wished was better was the delay in repairs at least twice for wrong part delivered first, then a broken part the second time. Don't know all the reasons why it was so but made us wonder why such oversight took place. Not blaming Benson for these errors, just wondering and hoping such errors don't repeat themselves. Plus it unfortunately placed us in a crunch time for other plans. Nevertheless, we thank you all for making the effort to get it to us in good repair.

This is his fault. The same thing happened I was told by his office my car would be detailed inside and outside (I have in writing as well) and it was not touched at all. Not even a window. Your word is your bond and benson has a reputation of good customer service. But all I got at the body shop was broken promises, mis truths and no follow through.

* tire pressure gauges were not reattached * key FOB- automatic start is disabled * Broken glass in seat(I was told it would be detailed) *Dash, WindowShield and Console is dirty * Whining noise in the rear end when you start and drive I have had nothing but positive experiences with Benson over the past 10 years. This is my first issue.
