I wish they had made sure the parts were in hand before scheduling my service. Had my Jeep over a month for a one week repair. Also the part was visible so they didn’t find it after they got into the repair. Someone at your shop even said it was ordered then when I brought my car it went on back order . My car was drivable so I could have waited until all parts were in hand.

The actual repair work was done great the way it was handled in my opinion was not when you do an estimate it should not be photos and a come on this date as I have stated many times, I would have waited to bring my car until everything necessary was in hand instead I was out of a car for five weeks due to a part not been available at that time. I totally understand that is out of Benson’s control, however, having me bring a drivable car in before you were sure you had it in hand was not out of your control. I have bought my car from there, so I figured it would be the best place to do the work. Hopefully I will never be in that position again, but I would not bring it back there.

The overall repair was done to my satisfaction, however my car was drivable and yet they kept it over one month for a one week fix because of a part being on back order I still feel they should’ve made sure they had everything in hand before I dropped my car off for repairs

I never dealt with the actual shop people only the ladies answering the phone but when I called to find out about my repair and when I could expect it, I was told two different things one being they didn’t know what part I needed until they got in the car which was false because the part was obvious and when I brought that to the attention, then I was told it was ordered supposed to be there when my car got there and then went on back order so I just kind of feel like I was lied to.

Body damage was fixed to satisfaction. However they parking sensor and lame decor on each mirror is not working properly as They were when vehicle was dropped off. Also my truck have over 60 miles driven in it while in the. Shop.

Everything was great besides me having to run around to make sure my rental got picked up from your shop. The lady at your front desk told me I had to confirm with enterprise rental before I could just leave the keys with her. I’m just getting off of work that morning so I’m very sleepy and tired. I’ve had my share of wrecks so I’m use to picking my car up and leaving the keys of my rental at the repair shop and go on my way. I had to call, call, call the rental shop and wasn’t getting an answer so instead of just being able to go home after picking my car up. I had to drive to the rental place so I can give them their keys and they could go pick it up. I had to stand in that line waiting for some service because three people was in front of me so that took up more of my time. Then when I talked to the nice lady at enterprise she informed me that the lady shouldn’t have told me that because that’s part of the deal or whatever contract they have with your shop. I’ve never went through any unnecessary situation like this and like I said I’ve had a couple of wrecks so I know how it works. This was very inconvenient for me and especially just getting off of work that early in the morning and trying to get home to get some rest because I had to go back in that night. I would’ve rated a 10 but this experience made it a 6 for me. Have A Great Day!
