The right passenger mirror was scratched while in the shop. The repair done on the rear bumper was well done. However, the scratched mirror will present an inconvenience as I must bring the vehicle in for an inspection by the body shop, and then again to have the scratch repaired. When I called the body shop the person I spoke to seemed a bit skeptical about my scratch claim. Before my vehicle was rear ended I hand washed the front of the vehicle and mirrors as I always do before running it through a car wash or detail to remove bugs. There were no scratches on my mirrors.
