Berglund Body Works is Southwest Virginia's largest auto-body repair shop sitting on 6 acres and can accommodate 89 vehicles under roof at any given time. We focus on restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition and improving their appearance. We specialize in collision repair, handling both minor and major damage. We use advanced methods and equipment for services like dent removal, panel replacements, frame straightening and paint matching. For the most part I am pleased with Berglund Body Works, the scrape and paint looks great. What I’m not really happy with is the clean up and touch up work. One spot was to be touched up but was a very poor attempt. My understanding my Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk would be cleaned up and buffed polished. Wrong understanding, Berglund doesn’t have are do the same Quality of service it did when I started being a customer over thirty years ago.

My Jeep looks great! I only found one small dent or maybe a paint bubble bust on the piece under the grill, but otherwise it’s great!

Kevin kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Work was completed faster than expected. When I was picking up the vehicle Kevin took the tome to explain everything that was repaired or replaced and explained the warranty as well. Absolutely amazing experience all the way around.
