Interior panels were not correctly installed, tint on front passenger window scratched, multiple exterior scratches that were not preexisting prior to repair, stated is was being cleaned prior to pick up and dirt was everywhere on the interior & exterior from repair.

The team at Bergstrom Chevrolet in Madison, WI beautifully restored my vehicle! After an unanticipated collision - I had never had to navigate the process of collision repair prior. The staff provided exceptional customer service by throughly explaining the process. My vehicle was even completed early when there was a component on back order! I was also very impressed with the auto-body work, it looks and drives just as it did before the collision. I absolutely recommend Bergstrom Chevrolet for collision repair. I thought the repair was going to be a lot more than what it was but it was a quick and easy fix. They also cleaned the inside of my car which was totally unexpected but was a pleasant surprise! Service was great and everything was explained well for what they repaired!
