Jared and his team treated my daughter and I so nicely. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My favorite part of their service was, the way they kept us updated on the car repair status, as they went along. Mr Martinez was definitely professional and respectful. Repairs were completed earlier than estimated satisfied with the body work and paint. The updates on the progress was top notch. On the negative side, when I picked up my car the rear passenger break pads were not replaced, which was the reason for the accident, and the rear drivers side break pads were missing, 100% certain they were present when my car was towed. On the way home lost ability to break completely, had to use emergency breaks to stop, finally arrived at a service station, discovered break fluid reservoir was completely empty. 😳

Sam was very professional and respectful, body work was completed ahead of estimated schudule. Unfortunately cause of accident was due to loss of passenger side rear brake pads. Brake pads were not replaced and driver side rear brake pads were missing, 100% certain they were present when tow truck took the car. Lost complete ability to brake on the way home from the shop, pulled emergency brakes to stop. Garage attendant informed the brake fluid reservoir was completely empty. 😔
