When my car was returned to me I wasn't pleased with the workmanship and so I pointed out to them that I wasn't pleased. At first they made it seem as if I'm exaggerating and causing trouble. Thereafter, I was asked to return the car. I returned the vehicle on Thursday 5. 9. 24 and it was redone. This time to my satisfaction. An apology was also tendered to me which I accepted.

There should be clear directions about the car rental. I didn't know I was required to make an appointment to acquire rental car. When I got there there was no appointment and so they did it on spot(this time my car was already left at the autobody place to be worked on.
