The staff were very professional , take time to explain every aspect of what will be done and send up date when my car would be ready. They constantly called Enterprise car rental to inform them I was still waiting to be pick up.

I now hear a rattling when driving the car, it wasn’t there before. I also would have liked a genuine Nissan bumper that would have been a better match in color.

I want to thank everyone at Berkeley Auto-body Shop, this was my second time taking my vehicle for repairs and both times they did an EXCELLENT job... my car is running great and looks like it came out the dealer... reason of me going back to them!!!
