I experienced someone hitting my vehicle while it was parked in front of my house. The insurance company set up everything with Berkley. They contacted me and set up for the tow truck company to pick up my vehicle. The continued to keep me updated until my vehicle was fixed. They did an awesome job. They also guaranteed their work and gave me documents to prove it. I am extremely satisfied. Thank you
