I am extremely happy with work and repairs that Berkeley Auto-Body Shop did for my 2021 Ford Explorer. I was satisfied with the repairs done to my vehicle. The only thing that I was not happy with that the lock to my rims were not in the vehicle so they said. I sent my Husband and grandson to check and they said it was not in the place we put it in. So, the body shop wanted to break the wheel locks to my rim and I said obviously not. I don't understand how they did not own a universal rim lock. I had to ordered a rim lock paid express next day in the amount of $75.87 and had it shipped directly to the Body Shop in my name. I confirmed that they received.
