Jared and John put me at ease as soon as I walked in. They were extremely curtious, and friendly as they explained the process of the repairs. Their professional and friendly behavior convinced me, I was at the right place. They assured me the car would be as good as new. AND IT WAS. Berkeley Auto body specifically Jared and John were incredibly professional, caring and empathetic to my collision. They explained everything in detail, they let me know the process worked and they kept me abreast of the progress on a daily basis, I couldn't ask for a better repair shop. There customer focus and level of service was awesome.

My accident was very jarring physically and emotionally, however from the moment I selected Berkeley Auto I knew I made the best decision. They were professional, responsive and kept me abreast with every step of my repair. Yet, I still felt a bit nervous picking up car BUT the moment I saw it from a distance I was blown away. It looked better than I even imagined it would. The office staff were amazing too. They turned a tough situation into an amazing experience. I would recommend Berkeley Auto to anyone and everyone!
