Tom Burley was attentive & courteous. Awesome! The ‘attendant’ at the counter, suggested that I call the car rental company to return the rental at another location & Bernie’s would send someone out to pick me up. Awesome! My son was able leave work to take me to the shop, after all. The repair & paint was outstanding. Awesome! The 4 Runner was washed immaculately. Awesome! Thank you, everyone!

The experience overall was good. It could have been better is Tom was more respectful when communicating with the customer. In 2 different occasions when we were talking he stop me ans said I don't care that's your problem. The manager Josh was very professional and attentive.
