Mr. Louie was helpful but prior to him taking over, the service I received did not meet my expectations. I was left wondering what happened to customer service? My expectations were not impossible yet I was not treated the way a customer should be treated,

My vehicle was not put back in place they way it should have been, there were stains that my vehicle did not have before and some parts were left loose, overall the cleaning of my vehicle was expensive and a temporary tylenol to foreseeable issues, my vehicle still smells and there is a moldy residue smell coming out of the AC vents.

I will have to return the vehicle because some parts are loose, dirty and there is a lingering stench and mold residue on my AC , It is making me sick to drive my car.
