Roy, was fantastic. I had many questions and he addressed all of them, and always kept me in the loop regarding my vehicle. I can be a little demanding and he was on top over everything.

My car was repaired like a month or so ago n by no means was I satisfied n will never take any of my vehicle to your place or tell anyone else to take there cause you all don't do a good job n don't care if the customer is satisfied r not I bet the Ogdens don't know what kind of a Manger they have working for them or he wouldn't be there

Was no noyified that I was supposed to return my rental until a day after I was suppsed to return it I checked with Enterprise Rental and no one from ur Co had contacted them. I am still waiting for u install remaining parts. I will be leaving town next week and will be gone until the following week. I hope to have the remaining parts installed before I leave town.
