The whole process went smoothly but it took 3 weeks to get the parts. The staff was good about keeping me informed. The repair was great you couldn’t tell it had been recked. I would take any future repair to them.

Bert Ogden was efficient kind and they did everything that they could to complete my service. They opened up even on their day off to make sure that I get to get my vehicle in a timely manner and did all that they could to work with me despite the circumstances of my insurance I really appreciate the professionalism and their kindness I will definitely be coming any future needs. Most importantly, I would like to think their employee Marcello, who notified the manager that I was there and help me get my vehicle.

Everything was done well. Drop off was easy, front desk was helpful. Upon pickup I was impressed with how well the repair looked. My car was clean, very clean. I appreciated the vacuum and cleaning. Staff was friendly, helped me load my car while I reinstalled car seats.

I found your customer service fell short of my expectations and therefore can't give your business an exemplary rating. It took 45 days to get my car back and during that waiting period I received little to no communication from your customer service staff. I had to call on several occasions to obtain updates and several times didn't receive call back from your staff even when they promised to call me back. Finally, when I went to pick up my car I was told at the last minute that I would need to come back the next day because a tiny piece that pops into my bumper wasn't ready. At this point I had no other option but to return the next day.
