This is the second time I've taken my car here. The first time I experienced problems with the quality of the repairs and the condition of the inside of the vehicle. I had to return my car to have them fixed. It was taken care of efficiently, but with the problems I experienced this time I would more than likely try a different shop if needed in the future.

Bessette's has been the only place we have taken our vehicles for the past 20 years. I worked for an insurance company and while taking auto damage claims, I observed only positive reports from customers regarding their experience with Bessette's. That is when I started taking my vehicles to them. Always great work, reasonable prices and the staff have always been a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.
