I had multiple issues with my car since repairs were completed on my car, part of the paint had to be fixed due to poor completion, floor carpeting on front drivers side had a golf ball size hole- carpet had to be retucked into place (the front seats had to be taken out to put airbags and new leather on seats), my passenger side visor came out of ceiling after they replaced ceiling headliner, rear passenger door automatic unlocking sensor in door handle not working properly-car recently taken to ford dealership and was ruled that technicians had broke a wiring harness connector piece which has to be ordered and later installed into my car. So to this date my car has not been completely finished since my car accident on August 7th and was received by body shop on same date of August 7th, they had my car for over a month time and still unable to have completed a satisfactory job and had to return multiple times to address issues with the quality of work completed.

They have been apologetic with the poor quality and issues that have been discovered from the poor quality of work with multiple “reasons” as to why each issue occurred
