I was told a few hours to repair my car when I dropped it off, when I called to see how much longer they said 3-4 days. That turned into a week. When I got it back there was still a dent in the quarter panel they fixed and the paint shade was slightly off.

When I asked at drop off how long the woman at the desk said a few hours. When I called to see what time to pick it up (4 hours later) I was told it would be a few days by a gentleman that answered the phone. After I confirmed another vehicle I called back and the woman apologized saying she didn’t see the other quote I had received due to closing out other peoples service accounts and they assumed I was doing both causing the increase in time they would need my vehicle.
