If they can afford a rental and to be left in the dark, go for it. If you need your vehicle in a timely manner along with communication go somewhere else.

Junk. Jokes made about my car being at auction after being without it for weeks and no actual updates was really crappy. No calls with updates. Had to that work myself. Communication was pitiful.
