We have had quality repairs and service from the shop. They have done quite a bit of work on my Chrysler van as well. It is an old van with discontinued parts and they have helped us take care of a variety of issues with it.

Truck was left outside during the hail storm and cost my truck to be totaled while left in y’all’s care . Yall should have better coverage for vehicles that yall work on if yall don’t then don’t work on so many only work on enough that could be covered in the shop. Yall cost me to lose everything I worked for yall cost me and my family so much money and yall didn’t do anything to help. So I am very disappointed in this place

My experience was very bad .

I hold BS collision responsible for my car loss. They told me to bring my car to the shop BECAUSE they had every part to fix my car and IT WAS NOT TRUE. By leaving my car in open for several weeks my car got HIT with several hail storms and afterwards it was total loss. Should they told me that they couldn’t fix my car at that time my car would be parked in my garage INDOORS and I should have avoided the weather damage.
