The car was damaged during completion of repairs. This is both disappointing and inconvenient for us. The repair technician also tried to deny damage when the car was picked up.

Ted was great. My car had to stay longer than the original date bevause he was not satisfied with the paint job. He then gave me purchase order info to get a rental car for the weekend. That was over and above the service I am use to. I appreciate Ted and I appreciate Bill Black Cadillac for a wonderful experience.
