They did an amazing job fixing the damage to the vehicle and the customer service and HONESTY was by far the best we have ever encountered. They were always so polite and so respectful and nice. Great people. Already reccommended our family member to use them.

The repairs they made were done so great. They were able to match the paint to our vehicle perfectly - and they no longer manufacture our vehicle so that was an amazing feat for them to do!

I was extremely happy with the work that was done to my Kia Sorento. It looks as good as the Day I bought it. The car was ready in a timely manner. The owners are very courteous as well as professional. Their office is very clean and modern. I was very happy with the service from Boucherâs auto body!! I will definitely use their shop for any future vehicle body work. I highly reccomentd Boucherâs auto body shop to anyone.!

My only complaint is that the customer service from one employee who works in the front office is sorely lacking. I am not referring to the business owner Mr Boucher, but the other gentleman with dark brown hair. Perhaps he was having a rough day on the two different days I was there, but getting assistance from him was like pulling teeth! In addition, when The front office is empty, there needs to be a consistent method of alerting employees that a customer has arrived. Other than that, I am VERY satisfied with the professionalism and quality of how work that was done.
