The repair is satisfactory, but I feel like they charged more than the work and repair is actually worth. When I asked what the additional work was done, they didn't want to answer my questions.

The final cost turned out to be significantly more than the initial estimate that was given. When asked to explain the additional costs the mechanic couldn't explain the extra costs and instead decided to get angry with me. I didn't like the way they didn't want to answer my questions and I don't see the additional work done that they claimed they did.
