The repaired was quick but before repair beginning it was hard to get in contact with the shop. The phone number for service department was not work. I called sale department and they transfer to Tony at service repair but they told us they will call back which nobody call me back until i have tried to more than 3 times over 2 weeks

My car was returned to me with lights on, Hill Assist light, ABS system lights, anti theft mode was on and other lights were indicating my car needed maintenance such as brake light and tire pressure. The cosmetic damages were fixed well and my car was clean when it was returned to me but I also noticed there is a scratch on my drivers side window about 8 inches in length. I thought I’d receive exemplar service through Liberty mutual and the companies’ it backs, I suppose not.
