I would not recommend them to someone from out of town as I felt like I was treated like an outsider. Especially since I went out of my way to find a locally owned business en stead of a more national repair facility.

The vehicle was repaired great. However there were some scratches on the tail gate that weren't there when I dropped off the truck, and I understand that my tool box had to come out for the repair. But my tools and equipment was basically just thrown back in with no regard to how I had my tools setup and organized prior to the repair

Although I understand the situation but I was told I could write a check when I picked up the truck. But I was told when I arrived that they did not accept personal checks from out of town. Which I was not informed of and the employee just pointed at a sign stating this. Which I told her I had never been there before and was not aware of the rule.
