The hail damage work looked really good. But there is a large scratch on the trunk lid that wasn’t there before I dropped it off. I saw it there the day before I picked it up when I o saw it parked on the side of the business. We never did a walk around so I didn’t bother telling them. And I couldn’t afford more time on my rental if they had to keep it. They can check their photos taken when it was dropped off and their post repair work photos.

I love Roger & have been using "Bills Auto" for a couple of decades. The repairs that were done were satisfactory. I has a side mirror replaced, but with receiving my vehicle back.. the opposite mirror is no longer moving in & out. I was also charged for painting my side mirror cap with that not being done. They did sand/clean my headlights free of charge..so maybe we are equal. 😉
