Again, lack of communication from shop. And they were so busy I initially had to schedule the repairs 4 weeks out and then the repairs took 4 weeks.

When I received the vehicle back the door trim was not put back on and U found it in the truck of the car later. There was also residual tape and freeze on the car.

Really disappointed that I did not receive any updates in the nearly 4 weeks my vehicle was there. I constantly had to call and get updates and even then I was getting misleading updates. I was initial told the shop would order the door before I brought it in and that did not happen. Then each time I called they said there was a delay and just kept pushing my estimated completion date until the next week. There is a also a discrepancy between the dates the shop gave to my insurance about the repairs with when I actually dropped off and picked up my vehicle.
