Everything about the experience was bad. The repair to the car was a simple bumper wrap and the amount the insurance company allowed was $2200. Bills Collision Center charged 2 1/2 times that much and never sent the supplement in to the insurance company. I had to pay the full bill to get them to release the car. This is after they had the car for nearly a month. When the car was done they didn’t bother to call and let us know it was ready. There was a time when Bills was owned by an honest guy who took good care of his customers , I would not take my car there ever again.

They were very nice and happy to help us with our vehicle. They did the work needed pretty quickly and we had our car back sooner than we expected. Our car looks like nothing ever happened to it! We are very very happy with the work and the people who did it!
