At this point I do not think there’s anything that will change my opinion. Not only will I not recommend bills but I will probably go out of my way to make it clear to people not to go there

I was told my project would be one week. It was completed in five weeks. But upon inspection the vehicle there were three places where the paint had completely ran and the body line was terrible. Quality of work is just not there. No attention to detail. No customer service. Not willing to make this right with a customer. Very very poor service. It has been seven weeks in my vehicle is still not done.

While that these days it’s hard to find great customer service. But at bills I really could not ask for any more! Not only did they do and have done a wonderful job repairing my Lincoln, but I just loved the communication each week to keep me updated on my cars status. I will recommend bills to anyone going forward. I’d like to think the whole crew there from your smiling receptionist to everyone else that works there I think you for doing such a wonderful job on my car.
