When I pointed out the gap to your technician I was told that it was an acceptable condition even for new cars, or words to that effect. Our car did not have a gap like that when we bought it.

The paint and lift gate look really good, but I’m not happy with the gap between the lift gate and the left quarter panel. The panel should have been replaced.

In June I was minding my own business driving on I-90 when an idiot rear ended me at a speed en excess of the speed limit. This basically left me stranded on the side of the highway. With the assistance of my insurance agent I was directed to Bill's Body and Paint. When my disabled Tacoma, my dogs and I arrived at Bill's Body and Paint I was still stranded. But not for long! Chris made a phone call and I was assisted in getting a rental vehicle to get home to Cody, Wyoming. A seven hundred miles drive. I was thinking that since I was not a local I would be put on the back burner, but to my good fortune I was treated like a valuable customer. I was kept informed as to the status of my repair work and I was given ample time to make return transportation arrangements made so I could pick up my repaired Tacoma. I have nothing but praise and appreciation for Bill's Body and Paint!
