My car was done before the holiday and I didn’t get a call that it was done. It sat for 5 or 6 days. I finally called and was told it was done! Frustrating!

They failed to complete the work that they were paid to do they failed to do it in in time. They said they would do it in and they were extremely rude and disrespectful when I questioned them about the status of the vehicle.

Was told to my vehicle would be done in a two day time. After the third day, the vehicle was still not finished. I had to pick the vehicle up and have somebody else finished work.

Owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. Repeatedly called me a liar, even though his employee had quoted a time. And a certain quality of work would be completed lied to me and said that my truck was at a shop getting a windshield put in when in reality, it was never taken to that shop and the windshield was never installed
