Our repair had multiple steps. In each step, Sam or one of the other office staff kept me up to date and contacted me promptly with any decisions that needed addressed.

I think that they did a great job at handling the process of the repair of my vehicle. Unfortunately I think the slowdown was with the company building the new bed for the truck. Bill's collision did a great job with communication with me through every step.
