Lisa Szczepankowski Was amazing from the first minute. She was professional, organized and friendly. I had an issue with my fleet company not approving the work and she let me know because she was aware I was needing my car back. I appreciate all the extra effort. In all of my years this is the best experience at any body shop I have ever been to. I would definitely return if needed, and have already told some friends about Biondi !

I had told her I was leaving for vacation in one week and if she could do anything to help me get my car back. She went over and beyond, with communicating the whole week. Even if I didn’t get my car back in time, I would have just appreciated the effort, but I got it right in time! I have been drinking a fleet car for 20 years, and of all the body shops I’ve ever been to, this experience has been the best one. I have told all my friends and colleagues to go here if they ever need anything. Thank you Lisa for being so great !!
