Everything was straightforward, and fairly simple. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a good job! My 1 suggestion for improvement is to provide more (and clear) updates on the status. I was wondering how things were coming and the estimated completion date.

Just took 2 1/2 weeks.. the bumper got painted and then apparently when they went to put it on, it was the wrong bumper

Work was completed in a reasonable amount of time without sacrificing skill and professionalism. The work team went the extra step on little things that they were not required to do. Repairing pin stripe on passenger side so it would match the new repair on driver side, repaired loose inside closer handle on driver door, etc Very pleased with the repair and paint job. If I can afford a roof replacement I will definitely be bringing the car back at the end of August for lower bumper scrape repair.
